ACL Tear Kya Hai?

Management and Treatment:

P.R.I.C.E Therapy (Immediate Care): Chot lagte hi Protection, Rest, Ice, Compression aur Elevation shuru karein taaki sujan kam ho sake.

Physiotherapy aur Rehabilitation: Agar tear minor hai, toh bina surgery ke sirf physiotherapy se muscles ko itna mazboot kiya ja sakta hai ki wo ghutne ko support karein.

Knee Bracing: Recovery ke dauran ghutne ko support dene ke liye special functional braces ka istemal kiya jata hai.
